Fees & FAQs

Counselling & Coaching

$175 (including GST)  for 50 minute session

$260 (including GST) for 1 hour and 20 minute session

​

Payment is due at the time of service.

Please note: A counselling hour is 50 minutes. This is a standard of practice, which allows clinicians 10 minutes at the end of each session for notation and case management.

Insurance

While I do not bill insurers directly, I can provide you with an invoice and receipt, which can then be submitted to your provider.  I recommend contacting your provider directly to determine whether sessions might be covered. 

Cancellation Policy

My cancellation policy requires that you cancel at least 48 hours prior to our session. This is time that has been allotted just for you. If you are unable to attend our scheduled session, you must let me know to avoid being charged for the appointment. This allows for other clients (who may be on my waiting list to get in more quickly). It also allows us to connect and find another time to reschedule, if needed.
