Why Counselling?

Counselling can be one path towards helping you know yourself better. It can help you gather up parts of yourself that may have been feeling temporarily lost or out of reach. It can provide new tools for coping with whatever life may bring. It can also help to identify patterns of behavior that you would like to address. Each of us will have different goals for counselling, and together we can co-create a safe space to explore them. 

What to Expect

I like to get to know what each client is looking for and what works best for them. Some clients are wanting concrete tools to take away from each of our sessions, while others may prefer a more fluid approach in our work together.
